    need to replace my XT middle ring, is there any advantage in going for another XT, or similar eg raceface, Middleburn….

    or just bung on a Deore ring £8 at CRC?

    and why do some rings not fit HT-2 cranksets? I’m getting confused looking at them now 🙁 Current setup is an XT HT-2 chainset with 4 bolts, but some of the 4 bolt ones on CRC say not compatible with Hollowtech 2 chainsets

    sorry to burst your bubble mate but you cant get deore chainrings for 8 quid any more – CRC are sold out and the cheapest i can find them elsewhere is 15 quid 🙁
