    Did the brass monkeys today and had real pita chain suck, always on the small ring at the front when under pressure such as climbing. The chain is relatively new, started clean and lubef and the cassette is OK, the rear mech is brand new. What should I be looking at? New chain rings? Bike is a 2011 giant trance and to be honest the chain set has been on it since new.

    Change the chainring. Should fix it.
