    Changing 1×11. SRAM X11 set up from 32t to 30t, how many links should be taken out chain? I’ve read chain lengh is critical on 10/42 cassettes

    I’m not sure there’s a better way than measuring chain traditionally taking account of chain growth. Probably not what you wanted to hear…

    I think sram claim you can go 2t each way without messing around with the chain
