    Quick question,

Would an email address set to ‘catch all’ receive emails sent with a mistake in the top level domain name? For example, someone sent an email to jondoe@example.co.uk instead of jondoe@example.com (assuming example.com don’t own the domain name example.co.uk). Or does it only work for the bit before? Ie: an email sent to janedoe@example.com would get through.

    Hope that makes sense.

Nope, only in the username before the @. You’d need to own and configure the TLD in order to use that in part of the catch all.
