Anyone else having problems with these large vermin? The cobs are all a bit aggressive as it’s breeding time and my morning commute is a bit exciting round the old gravel pits.

In the absence of bombers would an old pair of Suntour forks do for protection?

They’re a big old bird to hit at speed. Went through a bit earlier today and they were all laying down on the trail!

    Ahh, geese…

    … you will need a 4 bore

For those not familiar, heres a comparison of the size defference between 4 bore and 12 bore cartridges…

I may get some strange looks carrying a 4 bore through Ipswich on the bike.

Well, dont use the bike then!

There’s a bunch of them round the back of old trafford, they’re getting bit more aggressive lately. Any that go for a bite I jump off the bike and heard it in the canal with my Recons… so I imagine a set of suntours would work but the damping wouldn’t be as good.
