LoCo, it would be on the 29er Dual-Position 120-150 Pikes. They’d be more useful to me at 110-140 or even 100-130mm.

Depends on the wheel size can only drop 160 to 150 max on 26″.

Could you not just machine 10mm from a 150mm air shaft or use one from the 140mm DJ version of the Pike or have I missed something obvious?

Having changed my Pike DP 27.5 from 130-160 to 120-150, id say its perfectly do-able as the air shafts are universal, it just means a different travel depending on wheelsize so, for example, my 27.5 120-150 air shaft is also a 26″ 130-160 air shaft and a 29er 100-130 air shaft.

If you want 29er 110-140, get the 27.5 130-160 air shaft.

Nuke, what did it involve changing the 27.5 DP from 130/160 to 120/150, is it just purchasing a new air shaft?

Another thread resurrection.. any update on changing the travel on the Dual Position versions – I see you can get the DP air shafts now.

Also, is it possible to change the amount of change of travel – i.e. create a 120-140mm DP Pike?
