    You can clean up the resin, I wouldnt want to cut into the carbon.

    New Carbon frame and attempting to install a CK Dropset 2 and there’s about a 1mm gap between the griplock assembly and the top of the headtube.

    Just had a look around and there seems to be others with a similar problem.

    Chris King spec normally spec the ream depth so you can check if it is compatible with your frame.

    I’d check your frame is manufactured within spec/tolerance.
