  • Can I watch 4od on a PS3?

    I just got a PS3, and can watch iplayer things through it – but when I go to 4od it tells me I need java and something else updated. Can I update this myself, or is 4od something I can't get on the ps3?

    Through the inbuilt browser or from the TV icon in the XBM?

    You cannot update Java/flash seperately on PS3 it comes with the FW updates.
    Yours should be 3.0 which came in on 1st September right?

    Are PS3's configured to update firmware automatically?

    Maybe auto-updates are switched off?

    Or something…
