Been thinking about this and was wondering if I can use my hybrid on a turbo trainer?

I can’t see a reason why not but thought I would ask.

    Cheers

Only issue might be if the rear tyre has some knobbles on it?

In fact if it has any tread it may get too warm and start losing a lot of rubber.

also, check that the overall diameter of the wheel and tyre fit – a chunky tyre on a 700c rim maybe give too large a diameter for your model of turbo.

other than the above go for it- I used a slicked up 26″ mtb in mine for a while.

I think as long as the rear tyre is slick, it will work.

Yep the tyre is pretty slick and is a 700 x 28

Any suggestions on a secondhand trainer to kook out for or are the cheap ones at halfords any good?
