daft question no doubt but i currently have a gran turismo 4 disc that could use a clean/repair on one of those expensive disc cleaner machines.

was wondering if game etc can do that for you/have a machine in their stores?

    ta in advance 👍

p s i live in devizes if anyone knows of a local place that can do it

I used to use brasso duraglit and wipe with the lint cloth.
Wipe in circular motion round the disc.
    Always worked with small scratches.
    Good luck

In think the advice is to wipe radially (not circular) to minimise the chance of a scratch being in line with the read path of the lazer???/

Worst case scenario – it’s only £2.61 on ebay to re-buy the game!

I also thought best practice was wiping centre to disc edge, not wiping in circles.

Wipe in circular motion round the disc.

Do not under any circumstances do this. Wipe radially centre to edge.
