We are hiring a motorhome during the October half-term for the first time ever – can anyone recommend a good campsite suitable for families with 8, 10 and 11 children between them? Would like plenty of on-site facilities and also be close to other things to do in the area?

Two families travelling – us in a motorhome and the other with a caravan so the camspite would need to be suitable for both.

    Thank you 🙂

I hear Chirk is a nice site and there’s one in Delamere Forest which is always busy. Also Blakemere Village which has attractions along with the camp site, that’s Sandiway, Cheshire.

That’s local knowledge rather than user knowledge, but you won yourself a bump anyway.

Try Bracdy in Llandyrnog. It’s a CL.
