  • Campsite near Bike Park Wales?

    Morning.

    We’re making a weekend of a booked uplift and wonder if anyone can recommend a campsite in the area which is family and dog friendly? Ideally with loads to do for the family.

    I know one outside Brecon which is nice but wondered if anyone can recommend any in the area which includes down Barry way and elsewhere on the Welsh coast.

    Parc cwm darran is close by. Also a few over the hill near Brecon about 30 main drive. Bit further is pen Y fan leisure park near manmoel- lovely area but a bit far perhaps.

    I just did Google maps on campsites near merthyr but I do know the manmoel area

    Lots of nice one on Gower. Slade is tiny but really nice, like 10 pitches.

    Apologies I only just read your post properly re Brecon recommendation
