    We’ve got an Eberspacher in our van, so I know how good they are,  but I’m asking for someone else with a SWB Transit conversion.

    They need an easy, low cost option and space is as tight as their wallet. I think the Ebers are just too much £ for her.

    I believe that in the proper VE California’s the factory fitted webasto’s ate installed externally to the van. Not sure if they are in a protective housing or designed to be installed outside of the van without one, but it shouldn’t be too much hassle to fashion a protective cover for a chinese copy then you have the best of both worlds – a diesel heater at a decent cost.
