    If we really wanted to maximise the ad revenue we could make that entire right hand column float so it stays with you as you scroll down the page. But I think we’ll just leave it as it is so that one third down this thread you don’t see any ads at all!

    I’d like to say more but I’m under and official STW gagging order 🙁 We must content ourselves that the ads make more money than we could feasibly be charged instead!
