In a few weeks I’ll be commuting into the city centre and i’d like to make the most of it by cycling in where I can. As far as I’m aware the building I’ll be based at won’t have showers so where within a 5 minute walk of the city centre can I have a shower and securely lock by bike up?

Also looking to locate a secure pay and display car park where I can leave my car with bike inside if such thing exists?

Stafford leisure centre has showers and there are bike racks in a busy are where I park mine as I don’t think it’s frequented by rotters. Can’t think of a suitable car park.
