Been 55 for uh… less than a year now… I don’t monitor the ticker anymore. My effort gauge is closely related to my “close-to-puking” effort…

Andrew Marrs recent stroke following a rowing session

I try to avoid rowing whenever I can, as I’m pretty certain it will be exactly what kills me in the end..
I’m pretty highly strung though, and Mrs yunki is an argumentative so and so..

Primal Scream therapy is the way forward.. I recommend a solid daily five minutes of full bore screaming your displeasure away, followed swiftly by your relaxant of choice and Screamadelica on a decent hi-fi..

Or maybe take up paddling or sculling..?

We had a paramedic come to teach first aid to our Explorer Scout Unit last night and he said he went out to a 41 year old regular runner who dropped with a heart attack on Monday. They saved him, so that’s good.

    Cheers,
    Jamie
