How does that work?
I have a firm of builders and payments are managed by a (reputable) firm of accountants – they request me to make payments to the client account.
What’s the point?

Payment into a client account safeguards your cash from the organisation holding it.. ie, if the accountants goes bust.. your money is safe. It’s requirement of most professional organisations that may hold money on behalf of a client.
