on todays glorious ride round the dusty (yes I know I’ve doomed us all with that one phrase) Hampshire hills I kept getting bugs in my helmet, some of them quite big and stingy. any suggestions for keeping them out?

You could buy a helmet with an inbuilt mesh to keep the bugs out. I have an MET helmet with the mesh and it works a treat 😀
