    Its terrible but even worse is that he had been banned from driving already and been prosecuted several times for driving whilst disqualified but yet he was still driving.

    Sentencing guidelines here.

    The previous driving bans/convictions are open to the Bench to be considered as [prior] evidence of : ‘a very bad driving record’ in determining the sentencing.
