    Hi

    I normally ask once a year which gems I’ve missed or any suggestions you have as since emigrating I actually miss the tv, so any suggestions?

    loved shadow line, luther and good cop
    just watched Top of the Lake{enjoyed that too}
    not seen any good comedy in what feels like a life time

    thanks in advance

    All the new comedies are crap. We need new Fast Show, Inbetweeners or Miranda (joke)!

    Peaky Blinders is looking good.

    I’m quite liking Big Bad World – probably slightly biased though as some of the seafront bits were filmed in my home town!

    That other show with ex-Inbetweeners – Chickens – is terrible, which is a massive shame IMO because I’d hoped it would herald more great period-set british sitcoms, which is something the yanks don’t really do.

    If you like music,any of the BBC4 music documentaries are excellent.
    The recent ones featuring The Eagles and Dr Feelgood are particularly ace.
