    As above really, doing this as part of mates 40th Bday celebration, never been near the place and website doesn’t give climb heights or distances …not much time to train so want an idea of how tough it is

    training?! isnt that against the ethos of the race?

    last yeat hte mud made it fun. the climbs are not too bad. well the second one is a bit of a bugger and maybe the short section over the 27 but mainly cos its techy and under 1ft of mud.

    wwaswas…I live 270m above sealevel on the edge of the Clwyds…I’ve already told my mate I’m looking for molehills to train on…and watering down my ciders 😆

    what tyres then?…..gets coat!

    If you want to win it’s really tough. If you’re content to get overtaken uphill then it’s rather good fun! I’m in a team of three this year…
