    Ive just gone back to an internal bottom bracket and i’m totaly mixed up with sizes as its that long since ive used one.

    It’s for an intense 5.5 that has a 73mm shell, so presume i need a 73mm DURRR!

    but what width axel do i need? i run 3 rings BTW

    oh and has anybody got one for sale?

    What BB? What chainset? Or ask NWMTB Centre, they’ll know.

    Axle length will depend on the chainset you’re using.

    I have used a 118mm once but it was on a Spesh Rockhopper singlespeed. My LBS were pretty good, ask Middleburn themselves?

    Middleburn suggested a 113mm to go with a 73mm shell on my RS7s.
