    I bought a set of Bonty Rhythm Elite wheels off here and I want to change the rear from qr to 142 with the supplied adaptors. A quick play didn’t make the qr plugs budge – am I correct in thinking they just pull off?

    For anyone else I can confirm they do just pull off – just be careful that the freehub doesn’t fly off too (poor use of vice)!!
