Has anyone ridden the Black Canyon Trail: http://www.bikepacking.com/routes/black-canyon-trail/ in Arizona?

Looking to to a trip with my brother and thinking this could be good. Main issue is that it would only be a week long holiday and a three day ride and so I am not sure flying with bikes would make sense so wondering if it would be possible to hire a bike and bikepacking baggage for the trip.

Any advice appreciated.
