Are there any better web based auto routing applications than bikeroute toaster these days?

Been using it a while and its great but does have a few annoying bugs.

the worst being the directions occasionally tell me to go the wrong way or the course doesnt quite match the actual road.

I’m using it with an edge 705 so must export to .tcx course file.

Mainly using it on the road, so what are you roadies using and why?

thanks, just created a local loop easy enough and exported to tcx but when on the gps does it give you turn by turn directions like bikeroute toaster? or is it a case of following the route on the map or compass?

There is an option to add course points automatically when using the Google road routing (I guess this works the same as BRT?) or you can add your own manually. If you want to use the “auto” mode you have to enable it in Options.

thankyou zilog6128 i missed that in the options, i see the default mode is manual so will give the auto option a go and see if any better than BRT.

    Just curious now

How do you lot navigate NEW routes?

    the course point directions?
    The compass?
Follow the line on the map?
