I thought they had to look like a deer head. I remember seeing a good one online somewhere from an MTB bar with bar ends. The saddle had a cutout in it so it looked a little more like a skull.

Edit – Now I might have to see what spare parts I have laying around and make one…

Made mine today; all that I had to do was zip tie the saddle rails to the handlebar.
