You know it’s possible, and generally much cooler, to open a bottle without a bottle opener…..

How to spot someone who has lived in Germany 👍😁🤩

A bottle that needs opening is always a good excuse to get a Leatherman or SAK out 👍😁 😉

Received a book years ago…. 50 Steps to Being a German.

One of the steps was opening a bottle of beer with anything but a bottle opener!

Even the wrong end of a bottle opener was more acceptable than the bottle opener.

A CB19 and a Hexus here, in a pinch I’d give the CB the edge, more useful Torx, T10 over the T15, and I personally don’t need the  T30 in the Hexus, and a flat screwdriver on the CB. but then the Hexus has chain hook and levers – although I always carry decent ones anyway, and it has a presta valve remover (if you need it)

Both the same weight, both have decent length tools, can’t go wrong with either.

I like my crank bros F15 and prefer to carry a decent set of tyre levers.

I also like my other smaller but lovely topeak mini 9 pro carbon in its neoprene cover.

I think 9 times out of ten you just need it to nip up something that’s come loose and your screwed without a tool.

Tbh I tend to locktite and torque stuff but I’ve a fetish  for a well made mini tool  🙂

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made for my bike/s was the OneUp EDC, it’s not cheap (more palatable if you wait for a sale) but it works really well and the ease of access makes any quick on trail adjustments a doddle.
