    Going to be making my Christmas pudding this weekend as the next couple of weekends I am away. So, I usually just do a BBCgoodfood recipe, but I feel like a change.

    What are your best Christmas pudding recipes?

    Nigel Slater’s is my favourite. a bit lighter than delia’s. means you can eat more
