I recently invested in a Restrap setup. All good so far, apart from the fact that I run a low front end on my gravel bike.

    Out out...

Currently cogitating between Apidura and Alpkit. My OCD says all bags need to be made by the same brand! Apidura are quite a lot more expensive it seems, especially as there is a bit of sale at Alpkit and the recent 10% is still working.

Apidura worth the difference? This is going on a road setup mainly (though will no doubt be put on a mtb/gravel at some point too).

Wildcat for bar, seat harness and frame bag .
Alpkit for dry bags for the bar and seat harness plus sundry add on bags.

Points to ponder when deciding: Some bar and seat bags are ‘fixed’ ie opened on the bike.
Some use harness with easily detachable dry bag.

There are pros and cons for each.

Except they have been closed for a while and are still a bit away from starting taking orders again (and we don’t know what the products will look like)
