    Benny is out & about again 🙄. The courts are doing their usual pathetic job of letting a prolific bike thief off without even having to pay compensation. He was also recorded masterbating on forgate street station. Again, the courts have done nothing 😠. If you’re in the Malvern/ Worcester area, Google” ben wilde. He’s got quite a unique look.🤣
