Can anyone recommend a frame builder etc. who can carry out a belt drive conversion to a couple of steel frames in the Edinburgh area?

I did have a look at the Edinburgh Bikes Revolution Belter but want to use bigger tyres (26″ slicks) and a rack and guards that it won’t accommodate so think I may try and cobble something together using parts I already have and so on.

Also, does anyone have any experience of getting the Gates centre-track drivetrain from any suppliers/online shops?

Any suggestions or advice based on your experience (particularly costs) would be great.

In Glasgow though….Ben frequents these parts regularly and is a bloody nice chap.

Thanks for the suggestions. Will look into Shand and Kinetics. No idea who the cutlery master is, friendly or otherwise?!

    Aw shucks, thank you 😉

Yes, can do that – either with a Paragon splitter or S&S coupling.
