    Does anyone know which couple of issues that these articles appeared in?
    I used quite a bit of this a few years ago and it got me fit.
    Talking to a couple of guys in work who trying to get fit for various reasons liked (maybe a little strong – they were at least intrigued) the idea of
    ‘Training to Get Fit to Train’

    That was a his article but it was not the one I was looking for
    The one I am interested in had chipps
