    Apologies for the 10 months behind everyone else nature to this Qn.

    Applied some of AA to a driver-heatsink interface last night and it had not set this morning?? I’m aware the stuff must go through hot/cold cycle to improve performance but does it actually harden?

    depends if it was the two part then yes it should set in about five mins

    if the one part No its only a paste and will stay a paste

    Up side, I now have two thermal paste options ….

    Yeah it’s confusing – you want the thermal adhesive, not the thermal compound.
