Just wondering, do they have a noticeable effect?

I use the skins tops, and leggings. I can honestly say their one of the best things ive aquired. they wick v well, keep your whole body at a steady temp, and do seem to help with recovery. only downside is their expensive. but regardless fully reccomended.

I've got some 2XU compression stuff. I feel that they work well for improved recovery times and less D.O.M.S (Delayed onset muscle soreness) the day after the day after a big event. I just wish the bottoms were suitable to wear whilst riding. There are crotch seams that would be uncomfortable and the 'body' of the tights is not long enough for them to stay up properly whilst riding. They have brought out a cycling set but they are really expensive. I could wear the tights over some cycling shorts, but they really are VERY tight, so might not work.
