    I have a nominal ground rent on my house – £2 a year, payable to a well known rabble of ground rent-grazing oxygen thieves, by a cheque in the post.

    Has anyone gone through the process of redeeming a ground rent – wondering how simple a process it is? It seems straightforward on the gov.uk website, but be good to hear experiences.
