  • Anyone run a stinger with a clutch mech.

    After riding BPW on Monday and losing the chain and nearly my Nuts twice on a 2×10 set up I’m thinking of putting the stinger back on.
    Last thing I want to be doing is hoping the chain is still on before pedalling.

    I’m using an MRP 2X with a XTR shadow plus, no chain drops after about 20 rides.
    I needed to loosen the clutch a bit though as i had a stiff shifter.

    Just put my bb mounted stinger back on, did have a bionican c guide but kept smashing it up. Unfortunately the stinger puts the chain line out a snadge but I can live with it. This is with a medium cage XT clutch mech
