  • Anyone had their Asus android tablet lock in black screen?

    Battery fully charged. Tried holding power button for ages and power + volume.
    Any other ideas before I have to mail it off for weeks?

    Leave it for a few days to see if it will go flat. This will force it (due to no power) to reset, put onto charge and then try starting after 10-15mins.

    Unplug from the keyboard dock if it has one.

    I think there is a power button issue with the Nexus 7. My kids’ one was very temperamental.

    nixie -doesn’t seem to be using any power.
    It went black when junior was using it – he may have run the battery totally flat, but now has green light for fully charged.
