Can you still diy the drop with a DIY plastic spacer as per the old ones? Not that I’ve ever find it, mind.

I probably need to adjust it to about 190mm or so.

That would be handy mate, don’t see why they can’t be shortened like the older ones can?

Does or happen to have the air valve under a black rubber cover at the top of the dropper like some of the older ones do? That valve is handy.

£170 on CRC so a fair chunk more expensive tha the shorter ones for some reason.

The 200mm version is a sealed cartridge with no air pressure valve. Air pressure adjustment isn’t really needed and is just something extra needing maintained.

The post is the same as the current 170mm post, just has the extra travel so you’ll be able to drop the travel in the same way.
