I’m starting out as a bike courier and I’ve been asked to provide a quotation for collecting and dropping off a firm’s DX daily. I understand the whole concept of DX, and I know where their nearest DX is, but can someone please clarify just exactly what the process is? I collect said documents from law firm and take them to the DX office, can I just walk in and stick the documents in their post box? How do I do the collection from their DX in the morning, i.e., how do I gain access to their mail box? Also, what sort of times of day are we talking i.e., by when does DX close and what times are law firms expecting these documents?

    I know, I know, it’s a s£$t tonne of questions. Sorry.

access to ours walk through door to collect use key to box bulky items lie on floor , to drop off hand to bloke . our junior collects about 9 am i assume it opens at 8 30 . last drop off is 5 30 we often have a panic to ensure we don’t miss the cut off.

we want to receive the documents and have them opened stamped and circulated by 1000
