My bed springs are completely gone and its time for a new bed. There is so much choice I can't begin to try to get my head around it, pocket springs, continuous springs, double springs, standard springs, then there's always memory foam.

I'm after a small double bed (120cm), a Divan (without a frame since don't have a lot of room).

I found a nice one in Sleepmasters which felt comfortable and a decent mattress, not sure on spring count but here it is.. £350 + £30 delivery

Then there is also eBay, which seems to be almost TOO cheap?? Here's a few..

    1000 pocket spring – £300 incl delivery

    Memory foam – £280

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330301798843&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Would eBay be a good idea or should I stick to more expensive Sleepmasters one?

    Thanks

Proper pocket springs are expensive but soooo worth it. Difference compared to normal springs is to be slept on to be believed. You don't need a sprung base to put the mattress on – solid base is fine and cheaper

Yes the ebay link seems to be too cheap for decent quality pocket springs, don't you think?

There is also another 650 spring (twin layer) for £350

There is too much choice on that website though, and not enough specs.
