  • Any way to analyse a zwift heart rate file outside of strava?

When I upload my garmin to garmin connect it gives a detailed data (data point) graph of power and hr. However in strava, when you upload directly from zwift you only see a basic graph.

I know I can export the zwift data file, but what programme can i use to read it?

You can import it into Training Peaks – the free account version – and look at it on there using the ‘analyse’ button in the calendar entry, you can even set it up so Zwift uploads automatically I think.

Upload from Zwift to Garmin Connect. That’s what I do.

Strava website gives you more details than the Strava phone app

Thanks guys. Training peaks worked. Garmin connect wouldn’t recognise the exported file

Nah, link GC and Zwift. There’s no need to be exporting/importing anything. (or is this a one-off thing you’re after?)

It was a retrospective upload for a ride id already done. Ill link zwift direct to garmin connect in future though, wasn’t aware I could do that
