I ‘need’ a turbo, does anyone have experience of the above and would you recommend for a budget of around £150.

I’ve got 3 requirements
1. it’s Magnetic/Fluid
2, it’s relatively quiet as it’ll be going in the loft
3 it has a handlebar remote with a good range of resistance as my old Kona which is SS with 700c wheels will be going on it.
