I’ve not heard of them before and have worked through a Ltd Co for some years. Now that that’s an unsensible approach due to the changes in claiming expenses inside IR35 I’ve binned my company and am going back to Umbrella.

Apparently these guys have got something called co-employment, which I’ll need to read up on, but it seems claiming expenses (travel etc.) might be possible. It might also be a massive grey area – something I’d like to avoid as I prefer to be squeaky-clean when it comes to such things.

Sounds like you’ll be ’employed’ by the umbrella.. It’s all changed a lot since I was contracting though.

If you’ve only got one customer and you work in thier office full time, you can still fall foul of ir35.

Maybe have a read here http://forums.contractoruk.com/

If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is and will be risky.
I’m just going from Ltd co (outside ir35 contract) to umbrella for an inside ir35 contract. NASA has been recommended to me – they seem straight up.
