Small update for anyone interested..
I’ve covered just over 11,000 miles in 5 months in the trusty Fiesta. It returns 57mpg at a good speed on the daily commute on the hilly bit of the A34. It’s a great comfy car. Excellent to squeeze through small gaps on country roads and old streets of town. Fits 2 bikes comfortably in the back with front wheels off and back seats down. Won’t be getting rid of the car for sometime. Cheap motoring 🙂
