    Rangemaster cooker with in-built grill, grill turned on, loud pop, circuit breaker trips. Circuit breaker reset, grill turned on, appears to work fine (and the rest of the cooker). The only thing a miss is that the ‘grill neon’ is permanently on, dull when the grill is off, bright when the grill is on. I guess this suggests the circuit is pulling a small amount of current even when off. Any ideas?

    Not sure about your issue, but when my cooker’s fan coil failed, I went to here for a replacement part and also found they had really clear instructions and a vid showing how to do it all. Maybe give them a call and see what they suggest.
