What’s good at the moment?

Running free version of Sophos at the moment for security and app scanning but found some crap lurking on my phone that I don’t recall installing – it may have been prepackaged stuff.

Don’t mind paying for something a bit better if it’s notably better.

Pretty certain android contains it’s own malware scanning service. Google play protect.

Third party Anti virus is pretty much superfluous nowadays on most operating systems and in worst cases I actually a source of poor performance or data collection.

Pop ups I always used to use ublock origin, not sure what is good on android nowadays.

I got Kaplinsky total on my PC’s and laptop and it also covers my android.

I’ve always used AGV antivirus with no significant issues.
