    So im having some issues with Alexa, Ive done all the normal Goggle searches with no luck

    Before we start my Amazon Echo has none of the problems im about to mention, the problems are all with the Alexa Android app

    So first off in the Alexa Android app, every time i want to speak to Alexa i have to press the Alexa button which is an issue when driving, With Google assistant i just have to say Hey Google and it responds, i would like Alexa to do this

    2nd issue is my Spotify premium account wont work with the Alexa Android app, the account is linked to the Alexa app, when i ask Alex to play Spotify she says Spotify is not supported on this device,
    Spotify is working fine on the phone and can be controlled by Goggle assistant, so why is Alexa having issues?
