im going to ride the skyline trail in afan on the 11th june but i want to know if it all of the trail open please could someone tell me.

Skyline is a mess at the moment.

Too many diversions and Fire roads.

Ride the Full W2 track.Similar distance and a real hoot!

That’s what I’d heard. Something about building a windfarm.

As Carpe Diem says, do W2. If you start at Glyncorrwg, once you’ve done W2 you can climb Whytes again and come down the skyline descent.

when i went a couple weeks back I think (from memory) the following sections were shut:

Granada
Handy Andy
Grand Canyon

I took the shortcut accross from marker no 36 to 54 so not sure whats shut between those points.

will a hardtail be fine for the W2?

Yes no problems on a HT mate. Enjoy rode the wall last weekend great fun enjoy!!
