Capn – if that wee sprat Ecclestone wants to make some sort of ironic number-plate based statement about Shakespeare/his own initials THE LEAST he could do would be to have them parked the right way round.

So bad it’s brilliant. Sadly I believe them to belong to Bernie Ecclestone.
I thought those two belonged to a well known (and rich) actor. Although that’s just a vague memory from reading it in the paper. A quick google doesn’t reveal anything.
