    I have a Btwin triban 500 thats a good few years old in need of a headset.

    Its the semi integrated type, a cheapo one without replaceable cartridges

    Looks just like the standard 44mm semi integrated zs44 type

    So I got a headset and knocked the cups out, but the 44mm cups are too big!

    The old ones measure 41 or 42mm but I can’t find sucha. headset anywhere, The park tool SHIS thing shows a ZS41 headset but its for 1″ forks, this has 1 1/8″ forks.

    Anyone bought one / got a lead?

    You need to measure your headtube properly. 41 or 42 mm is not much help.
